IT’S ALL ABOUT IN CAMERA PRODUCTION.

IT’S ALL ABOUT IN CAMERA PRODUCTION.

Welcome to inbox issue seven of Choosing a Video Production Company That is Right for Your Business. If you missed last week’s inbox issue just shoot us an email at [email protected] and we will happily send you a booklet containing all the information you might have missed!

Lights, camera, action! After the completion of the pre-production steps, the production itself can get underway. The crew is suddenly in operation, shooting on the scheduled production day. This involves setting up scenes in various locations, framing, capturing footage, recording clear audio and liaising with a multitude of people on set. You’ll soon see the benefits of good pre-production planning, which will make the production phase as smooth as possible. Not only does this have the potential to save time, but more importantly, money. Here’s a great link that explains the shots required

PRODUCTION ON THE DAY

On the big production day, your producer and director will have assembled the correct film crew. Production will also shoot according to the shot list and production schedule. Inevitably, everything may not go to plan but with the combined skills and expertise of the director, producer and the entire team, you will overcome any hurdles that might arise during filming. The end game is, after all, to get the film shot. This is where enquiring about your production company’s in-house creative team and available resources are vital. A team that is familiar with each other and their equipment can deal with issues much more efficiently if issues occur while shooting. check out our team and skill set https://www.surgemedia.com.au/about-surge-media/

THE PRODUCTION REQUIRMENTS

Depending on the production requirements, the filming could take place anywhere from an afternoon up to several days. While film crew sizes generally vary from two to three members, larger crews can contain up to 20 people. Your producer will organise all of the necessary equipment to produce your video to a high-quality standard so that, on the day, you can relax and enjoy the process as in front of your eyes your once transparent brand vision transforms into a concrete reality.

The fun isn’t over yet. Inbox issue eight will go over the many important post-production steps, including editing, motion graphics, animation and sound design.
